Vào giữa tháng 7/2025, khóa học “Nông nghiệp Bền vững Nâng cao – Cải tạo Đất” do GreenU tổ chức đã chính thức khép lại.
Khóa học mang đến nhiều kiến thức thiết thực và chuyên sâu, giúp học viên:
- Hiểu đúng về tình trạng thoái hóa đất nông nghiệp
- Tiếp cận phương pháp cải tạo đất bền vững
- Nhìn nhận lại vai trò của vi sinh vật đất – yếu tố then chốt trong nông nghiệp sinh thái
🌱 “NẠN ĐÓI TIỀM ẨN” – CÂU CHUYỆN KHÔNG CHỈ LÀ THIẾU ĂN
Tại khóa học, khái niệm Hidden Hunger – Nạn đói tiềm ẩn được giới thiệu, theo định nghĩa của FAO.
Đây là tình trạng thiếu vi chất dinh dưỡng, không phải do đói bụng, mà do thực phẩm không còn đủ dưỡng chất cần thiết.
🔍 Nguyên nhân chủ yếu?
👉 Là do hệ vi sinh vật trong đất (soil microbiota) bị suy kiệt, làm mất khả năng cung cấp dưỡng chất cho cây trồng – từ đó ảnh hưởng đến chuỗi dinh dưỡng của con người.
🌾 CẢI TẠO ĐẤT BỀN VỮNG – GIẢI PHÁP CHO TƯƠNG LAI
Để khắc phục tình trạng này, khóa học đã hướng dẫn Phương pháp cải tạo đất bền vững, với mục tiêu:
✅ Phục hồi hệ sinh thái đất
✅ Tăng khả năng sinh học và độ màu mỡ tự nhiên
✅ Giảm phụ thuộc vào hóa chất nông nghiệp
Các bước thực hành bao gồm:
- Cày xới nông, tạm ngưng sử dụng thuốc trừ sâu
- Tạo điều kiện cho côn trùng đất (giun, sâu bọ…) cải thiện cơ lý đất
- Cấy vi sinh vật và nấm có lợi để tái tạo hệ sinh thái đất khỏe mạnh
🌱 Đây chính là nền tảng vững chắc để phát triển một nền nông nghiệp xanh – sạch – lành mạnh cả cho người tiêu dùng lẫn môi trường.

“Restoring the soil – Restoring the future”
🌿 COURSE CONCLUDED – OPENING NEW WAYS OF THINKING ABOUT ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE
In mid-July 2025, the course “Advanced Sustainable Agriculture – Soil Restoration”, organised by GreenU, officially came to a close.
The course delivered a wealth of practical and in-depth knowledge, helping participants:
- Correctly understand the state of agricultural soil degradation
- Learn about sustainable soil restoration methods
- Reconsider the role of soil microorganisms – a key factor in ecological agriculture
🌱 “HIDDEN HUNGER” – A STORY THAT IS NOT ONLY ABOUT LACK OF FOOD
During the course, the concept of Hidden Hunger was introduced, following the definition given by the FAO.
This is a condition of micronutrient deficiency that arises not from an empty stomach, but because food no longer contains enough of the essential nutrients.
🔍 The main cause?
👉 It is that the soil microbiota has become depleted, losing its ability to supply nutrients to crops – which in turn affects the human nutritional chain.
🌾 SUSTAINABLE SOIL RESTORATION – A SOLUTION FOR THE FUTURE
To address this situation, the course provided guidance on Sustainable soil restoration methods, with the following aims:
✅ Restore the soil ecosystem
✅ Increase natural biological activity and fertility
✅ Reduce dependence on agricultural chemicals
The practical steps include:
- Shallow tilling and temporarily suspending the use of pesticides
- Creating conditions for soil organisms (earthworms, insects, etc.) to improve the physical structure of the soil
- Introducing beneficial microorganisms and fungi to regenerate a healthy soil ecosystem
🌱 This is the solid foundation for developing a green – clean – healthy agriculture, beneficial to both consumers and the environment.
