Plastic Free July – July Without Single-Use Plastic – is a global movement that originated in Australia and has so far attracted more than 100 million participants across over 190 countries around the world. Its goal is simple yet deeply meaningful: to reduce single-use plastic waste through small changes in our daily habits.

Recently, GreenU had the opportunity to meet Ms. Rebecca Prince-Ruiz – the founder of the Plastic Free July movement – who is a powerful source of inspiration for individual action, community connection, and systemic change towards a future free of plastic waste.

In that spirit, this year GreenU wishes to spread the Plastic Free July movement in Vietnam – where each of your small actions can help create great change.

Taking part is very simple:

✅ Bring your own reusable water bottle
✅ Give priority to buying plastic-free products
