For a waste-cleanup social enterprise to be steady enough to take on bigger responsibilities, the LSPP project and GreenHub helped untangle its processes, legal, tax and finance during restructuring.
Keep Vietnam Clean's vision is to become a professional organization capable of taking on a greater role and heavier responsibilities. The LSPP project team accompanied the enterprise in solving difficult problems around issues related to processes, and provided legal, tax and financial support during the organizational restructuring phase. Drawing on its deep experience in human-resource training, GreenHub introduced experts and mentors to accompany the enterprise throughout, within the framework of the LSPP project's financial capacity-building sponsorship package. After two months working alongside the training experts, Keep Vietnam Clean made clear progress in skills and improved its work processes, while the experts helped it standardize internal procedures, update and firmly grasp policies related to tax and finance, increasing the enterprise's confidence.

Ms. Ngọc Diệp, Director of Keep Vietnam Clean, also shared that in 2023, Keep Vietnam Clean would continue to develop many more projects that have been and are being completed, while supporting the realization of plans related to developing urban green spaces and responding to climate change.
Closing the story of Keep Vietnam Clean, through the LSPP bridge, the project implementation team also felt a great deal of emotion in the process of accompanying and understanding the enterprise. More than anyone, we believe that all the value we have given will be continuously developed by Keep Vietnam Clean to reach the stature of the company's mission and vision. Through the story of Keep Vietnam Clean, the project implementation team gains even more faith in a sustainable future, created by many collectives persevering day after day to design more programs and complete more projects together. All for a Vietnam that is green - clean - beautiful and sustainable.
I accompanied and collaborated with the enterprise over two months and clearly saw the eagerness to learn, the cooperation and the initiative of Keep Vietnam Clean. After two months of support, I returned to Keep Vietnam Clean and saw that its financial apparatus had changed a great deal. Both the business owner and the company's accountant had had their capacity raised, and the system became far more orderly. I believe that, with such a progressive and proactive spirit, the enterprise will go much further.
