Project summary
The project aims to strengthen capacity and drive growth for women-led enterprises, improve the local ecosystem and policy environment, and advance gender equality in Lao Cai Province.
Target groups
Women entrepreneurs and women-owned/women-led enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, production groups, and household businesses operating in the agriculture and tourism sectors in Lao Cai Province.
15 local mentors selected from provincial departments and the Women's Union — whose mentoring capacity was strengthened to provide direct and sustainable support to enterprises in the field.
