🌿 Training on Prevention & Treatment of Plastic Waste in Bac Tu Liem District 🌿

✨ This past March, the Green Development Support Company Limited (GreenU) collaborated with the Bac Tu Liem District Women's Union to organise a training session on the collection, sorting and treatment of organic waste, with the active participation of women representatives from many wards across the district.

🌱 PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE – REAL-WORLD APPLICATION
During the training session, GreenU's experts:
🔹 Provided guidance on how to distinguish different types of plastic and use plastic safely
🔹 Shared methods for sorting household waste
🔹 Suggested many ways to reduce waste at the household and community level

💡 Going beyond theory, GreenU also prepared hands-on tools so that delegates from four representative wards could together:
🍀 Practise producing EM microbial preparations
🍀 Make microbial fertiliser from EM solution
🍀 Create cleaning enzymes from organic waste

🎁 SUPPORTING PILOT IMPLEMENTATION – SPREADING GREEN ACTION
At the end of the training session, GreenU presented as gifts:
📦 EM microbial cultures
📦 A composting system for Lien Mac Ward to pilot the model locally.

💚 GreenU hopes to continue to provide technical support, deliver training and spread knowledge about reducing plastic waste to a wide range of women and residents of Bac Tu Liem District in the near future.
