✨ Wrap-Up of the Training Course “Strengthening Financial Management Capacity for Social Impact Businesses”

Over the two days of 27–28/09, SIB Hub organised an in-depth training course to help social impact businesses (SIBs) strengthen their financial and accounting management skills in line with their distinctive operating models.

📌 The course centred on two important themes:

🔹 Session 1 – The keys to determining costs & optimal pricing strategy:
✅ How to calculate cost of goods in accordance with accounting regimes and standards
✅ Determining revenue and the break-even point
✅ Pricing products according to financial objectives

🔹 Session 2 – Managing business financial performance effectively:
✅ An overview of corporate finance
✅ Financial management tools – cash flow control
✅ Reading and understanding business results & assessing financial position
